Pakistan challenges India
Pakistan’s senior batsman Younis Khan believes his team would have an edge over India in the next month’s Twenty20 World Cup in South Africa.”I think we have an edge over India in the Twenty20 format of the game and we should do well in this tournament,” he said at the conditioning camp being held in Lahore under new coach Australian Geoff Lawson.
Younis Khan should remember that Pakistan have never beaten India in a World Cup match. The only difference here is that this is going to be a Twenty20 game and India have the batsmen to take them past any total – big or small.
Pakistan also has plenty of strong batsmen and this is probably going to be the best match of the Twenty20 World cup.
