IPL - Kings XI Punjab vs Mumbai Indians
Watch the full match here as Yuvraj Singh’s team registers its first win. The match has ended in controversy with an altercation between Harbhajan Singh and Sreesanth. Harbhajan had allegedly slapped Sreesanth after the match and the Mumbai Indians’ captain is likely to face disciplinary action from both the IPL and BCCI.

India vs Australia, 2008 - Second Test, Day 1
What a start and what a finish to the day’s play. Unbelievable scenes at the SCG. Australia, at one point 134/6, recovered to post a massive 376/7 at the end of the first day. Brad Hogg and Andrew Symonds orchestrated a sensational and mind-blowing recovery to see the home team on top despite losing the top and middle order during the second session. For India, they would be ruing a couple of decisions not going their way, but the brutality of the counter-attack from Symonds and Hogg would have left them shell-shocked.
Ponting won the first toss of 2008. As expected he decided to bat first hoping to get a big first innings total. What happened was completely against the run of play. India made just the one change to the playing XI. Ishant Sharma replaced an injured Zaheer Khan. The team could not find a spot for Virender Sehwag or Irfan Pathan - this could very well come back to haunt them.
RP Singh opened the bowling with Ishant Sharma and the two opening batsmen were quickly sitting back in the pavilion. Ricky Ponting then survived a close call, he was too damn lucky as snicko showed a clear edge. Ponting then countered some stiff bowling from RP and Ishant to get to another test fifty. Hussey gave him good support and the Aussies reached 95/2 at lunch. Ponting reached his 50 in the second session however got out to an unlucky call. Bhajji being his nemesis yet again. What then followed was a golden period for the visitors as they picked up 3 more wickets in quick succession leaving Australia rattled at 134/6.

India vs Australia, 2007 - First Test, Day 2
What a disappointing day for Team India. After all the hard work done by the bowlers in the first innings, the batsmen really let them down. Even though the conditions were not for stroke playing, but considering the final scoreline, it just doesn’t do justice to this talented and experienced batting lineup.
Australia started the day at 337/9 and could only add another 6 runs before Zaheer Khan got the wicket of Stuart Clark to wrap up the first innings. The unthinkable had happened. The Aussies had been bundled out for a measly 343 runs in their first innings. Here was a perfect opportunity for the Indian batsmen to bat Australia out of this match.
What followed, however, justifies exactly why Australia is No 1 and India are just wannabes. Dravid and Jaffer opened the innings. It took Dravid forever to open his innings. After wasting 66 possible, he could manage only 5 runs and was out. India got a pathetic 31 runs for the fall of 2 wickets from 21.4 overs. After lunch Tendulkar and Laxman started to be more positive and the runs started coming in. However, just when the two were trying to wrest the initiative back, Lee struck with an absolute snorter and Laxman could only glove it to slips where Ponting took a good catch.
