Twenty20 World Cup, Pakistan vs Bangladesh, Group F

Pakistan was the only team to finish undefeated in the Super Eights and have setup a cracker of a semi-final against New Zealand. The other semi-final will be between Australia and India. Looking at these two matches, two possibilities can surely happen. Either India vs Pakistan or New Zealand vs Australia. Anything else is not going to be acceptable as these four teams play the best if its that combinations.
I don’t have much time to write a full on review of this match, however, Pakistan were lucky to scrape through with a win. Bangladesh showing a lot of spunk defending a low total of 140 runs only. Junaid Siddique was exceptional from the Bangladeshis as he scored over half of their runs getting 71 from only 49 balls and was rightly awarded the man of the match.
Pakistan struggled right throughout their innings as none of the top order batsmen got a decent score after getting their eyes in. The match ended with an over to spare, but that doesn’t really tell a lot. New Zealand will be a totally different proposition and the Pakistanis will need to pull up their socks if they want to proceed to the final stage.
